Job Description


Must know Mandarin Language.
• Participate in SAP projects as HCM consultant and the key roles include :
o Conduct user requirement workshops
o Able to perform Gap Analysis and Solution providing
o Document user specifications
o Conduct user training and testing
o Carry out data migration activities
• To manage outsourced support team in providing day-to-day SAP-HCM support that
encompass :
o Answer user queries on HCM related matters
o Troubleshoot problems and fix program bugs
o Work on system modification and/or enhancement requests
Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree in IT or Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with
minimum 8 – 10 Years of SAP Relevant Experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Time
• Domain experience of 3-5 years in Indonesian business process scenarios
• Indonesian Tax Compliance Payroll, Personnel Management,
• Time Management, Organization Management as per BBP and SOW
• Prior experience in at least 2 HCM full implementation cycle and few rollouts as a
functional consultant.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel overseas when necessary
• Responsible for updating business blueprint, Deliver test scripts for unit, Integration
testing and UAT.
• Support cutover activities, go-live, post go-live support for the resolution of issues as
per SLA.
• Experience in training material preparation and imparting training sessions
• Client facing experience of at least 3 years
• Work experience in onsite-offshore model of working
• Good communication skills

Nice to have experience:
• SAP Certification
• Exposure to ACTIVATE methodology
• Integration with other relevant SAP modules
• Exposure to cutover activities
• Knowledge of month and year end closing activities
