Manage full set of accounts for a group of companies
Manage & responsible for monthly GST reporting
Oversee the day-to-day finances of the office, including banking
Process financial and accounting information according to internal controls and policies.
Analyze company taxes and work with accountants to develop strategies to reduce taxes.
Ensures that financial statements are accurate and in compliance with company and government regulations.
Manage bank accounts and payment functions in line with Company policy and procedures
Management of Company file management system, including incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
Supporting the Management with annual internal and external audit requirements
Conduct regular audit on Company fixed assets and Company issued office equipment to employees
Office supplies cost management, negotiation, and procurement. This will include liaising with the courier, printing, utilities, contractors, telecommunications, stationery, IT companies, and service providers
Ad-hoc task assigned by the Management
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of work experience
Proficient in MS Office
Xero knowledge will be an advantage
Able to perform multi-task
Good in numerical skills, organized and has eye for details
Independent, responsible and detailed in the execution of work duties
5 days work week
Chance to convert to a permanent position
