  • Manage full set of accounts for a group of companies
  • Manage & responsible for monthly GST reporting
  • Oversee the day-to-day finances of the office, including banking
  • Process financial and accounting information according to internal controls and policies.
  • Analyze company taxes and work with accountants to develop strategies to reduce taxes.
  • Ensures that financial statements are accurate and in compliance with company and government regulations.
  • Manage bank accounts and payment functions in line with Company policy and procedures
  • Management of Company file management system, including incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Supporting the Management with annual internal and external audit requirements
  • Conduct regular audit on Company fixed assets and Company issued office equipment to employees
  • Office supplies cost management, negotiation, and procurement. This will include liaising with the courier, printing, utilities, contractors, telecommunications, stationery, IT companies, and service providers
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by the Management
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Xero knowledge will be an advantage
  • Able to perform multi-task
  • Good in numerical skills, organized and has eye for details
  • Independent, responsible and detailed in the execution of work duties
  • 5 days work week
  • Chance to convert to a permanent position
