– Handle customer enquiries – Prepare quotations – Creating job orders in the system and to follow up on fulfillment status with internal departments – Compile and generate reports – Attend customer meetings as and when required – Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent.
