**Salary: $6000 negotiable**

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial and management reporting. This position is responsible for maintaining accounting practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. He/she must be able to meet tight deadlines as stipulated by the HQ and to manage and oversees all accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, Year end audit preparation and to support all budget and forecast activities.
Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/Finance with at least five years’ related experience, which may include full set accounting or related.
Strong excel and database program skills. Knowledge in SAP system an added plus.
Clear and intelligible oral and written communication abilities.
Possess effective organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Responsiblities
Responsible for the full set of accounts which includes monitoring all accounts receivables and payables
Handle intercompany processing and reconciliations
Manage the inventory reconciliation and valuation
Maintain Fixed Assets Register
Monitor funding and cashflow position while ensuring efficient usage of funds
Liaise with bank on all banking matters
Prepare and manage the financial management including the overseas subsidiaries’ management accounts and reporting process in an accurate and timely manner.
Oversee all company tax-related matters (including all overseas subsidiaries’ tax matters) which covers all corporate tax planning and compliance, expatriate’s personal tax submission to tax agent, GST submission to IRAS and Transfer Pricing Documentation.
Liaise with the auditors and tax agents on reviewing working documents and facilitating the audit and tax filing processes.
Participate in yearly budgeting / quarterly and monthly forecasting activities of the Company
Set up of overseas entity/branch, manage overseas finance operations and work closely with the overseas staff and external consultants.
Support accounting and financial systems implementation and enhancements,
Review and recommend improvement in the accounting processes and procedures.
Training and mentoring junior staff.
Quarterly internal audit work.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial, banks and subsidiaries’ outsourced consultants.
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
Assist to handle HR issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
