Responsibilities:
  • Asist day to day accounting functions
  • Checking and verifying daily sale from outlets, perform data entries (High Volumes)
  • Liaise with vendors, customer, outlets staff or manager to resolve discrepancies
  • Generating invoice & sale report on a daily basis
  • Preparing journal entry and keying in for AR, for inter-companies billing & assist month end closing
  • Monthly cash count, Year-end Stock count
  • Update of daily incoming fund in bank and  perform bank recon at month end
  • Update of trade debtor listing
  • Update month end inventory and reconcile the inventory movement report.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least “O” Level  or certification in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Pacific Tech Centre, Bukit Merah
