Job Description:

1. Performing day to day Accounts Payable transactions including verifying and input entries for timely payments to local or overseas vendors.

2. Processing of supplier’s invoices, monthly staff’s expenses claims and reimbursement.

3. Perform reconciliation of Suppliers’ Statement of Accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.

4. Manage well routine filing.

5. Handling any ad-hoc tasks being assigned.

6. Perform administrative support and HR activities.

Requirement

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel

– Positive attitude, meticulous, approachable team player

– Good interpersonal and communication skills

– ACCPAC knowledge is preferable
