Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Partial Set of Accounts
  • Ensure AP & AR activities are performed correctly and timely
  • Process billing and matching of PO to ensure accuracy
  • Process sales order
  • Reconcile Bank Statement
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Invoicing & Payment Collection
  • Assist in other Accounts/Admin related tasks whenever necessary
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):¬†English
  • At least 2¬†Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Quickbooks, , Microsoft Office, MYOB
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
