Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full spectrum of accounting
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end closing of accounts. 
  • Prepare monthly management reports. perform variance analyses.
  • Review monthly journals and reconciliations, tax computations and GST returns
  • Work with the Finance Manager on insurance negotiation, planning and administration.
  • Manage and liaise with insurance agents
  • Other ad-hoc duties.
Job requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Independent and good team player, meticulous
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to utilize technology to increase efficiency is an added advantage
