Responsibilities:

• Update bank balances and cash flow records 
• Reconciliation of bank statements 
• Communicate with internal and external parties, handle and investigate cases for AR-related matters 
• Handle inquiries from customers on billing issues and outstanding balances 
• Update receipts from customers on a timely basis 
• Prepare the statement of accounts and send it to customers on a timely basis and follow up closely on customers’ repayment. 
• Assist in month-end closing within given timeline 
• Process intercompany billings 
• Prepare AR aging report on a timely basis 
• Maintain a good filing system 
• Perform other related ad hoc duties as assigned to support Finance Department 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accountancy/CAT/LCCI  
• Preferably with min. one year of AR experience in the E-commerce / Manufacturing industry 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup & Pivot table)
