**Location: East – walking distance from MRT station
**Strong knowledge in SAP & Oracle/Concur system

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • At least 2 years accounts payable experience, preferably in the manufacturing
  • Knowledge in US GAAP
  • Strong hands-on Oracle/Concur & SAP knowledge
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage accounts payable communications with external vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in accounts payable processing team and business to resolve vendor queries.
  • Manage and resolve employee user inquiries on expense report payment policies, procedures and practices.
  • Audit expense reports to proactively identify issues and ensure compliance to the Company Travel and Expense Policy. Assist users with timely issue resolution where necessary.
  • Train and assist users on how to use the system, promoting a positive experience. Update the user guides as necessary and inform users about changes to the Travel Policy, if any.
  • Maintain and reconcile sub ledger data in the ERP systems, ensuring integrity of all data.
  • Communicate with the external auditors and provides necessary support, as requested.
  • Participate in various accounting and finance initiatives
Working hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
  • $3500 negotiable
  • Salary will commensurate in accordance to qualification and relevance in work experience.
