Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and assist in the day to day general administration & operational matters
  • Attend to phone calls and emails enquiries
  • Prepares bank wire payments and transfers
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain proper filing system, documentation & any ad-hoc duty assigned
  • Ensure that all records are properly and accurately updated
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma¬†in any field.
  • At least 1¬†Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s):
  • Dynamic individual with positive attitude and excellent communication skill
  • Bilingual
  • Able to perform multi-task
  • Highly committed with ability to work under pressure
