Responsibilities:
- General administrative works eg. correspondence, quotation, invoices and delivery orders
- Assist in purchase of material and issue of purchase order.
- Checking, verifying and processing of payment.
- Controlled AR/ AP collection update
- Provides general administration and coordination support to the management
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the account data, customer data, suppliers & sub-contractors data for the company in daily basis.
Requirements:
- At least Secondary School / “O” Level / Diploma / CAT or equivalent.
- Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
- Familiar with UBS Accounting software an added advantage
- Responsible, positive work attitude, good interpersonal skills and fast learner
- Able to work under pressure
- Available immediately or on short notice
