Job Description:

Admin Assistant required for a corporate services firm located in Tanjong Pagar Road. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience as well as education qualifications.

Job scope includes:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Sorting and forwarding client mails
  • Entering of data into client database
  • Invoicing clients
  • Assisting with EP application
  • Drafting of simple documents
  • Assist with the filing of transactions via government website (i.e. ACRA, MOM, IRAS)
  • Assisting with other office administrative matters

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able and willing to learn with positive working attitude
  • Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented and meticulous
