We are looking for a Admin Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations & Collaterals (Sales) and work closely with the various departments and operation team. The individual would be responsible for administrative duties.
You will be responsible for:
Update of stock information into database
Liaise with various departments pertaining to samples requests for local and export
Update, replenish, stock-take on our stock
Assist in arranging samples for dispatch
Prepare monthly reports
Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by HODs
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Minimum GCE O Level or Higher Nitec
At least 2 years of administrative working experience(s)
Good communication skills, with spoken and written fluency in English
Must be well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words etc.,)
Must adapt to the fast working environment
Must be independent, passionate and responsible towards work
Working days: 5.5days (alternate saturday)
