Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to operations.
• Response to customer inquiries.
• Ensure all the incoming emails/calls are attended to in a good manner.
• Assist in preparing quotations, contract terms etc.
• Liaise with Logistics department and update customer on the delivery status.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least an “O” Level / ITE in Business skills.
• Positive attitude with customer service mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
