about the company My client, a stable firm within the professional services space, is looking for an admin assistant to support the team in their general administrative matters.
about the job As an admin assistant, you will be responsible for everyday general administrative matters such as file management, data entry, photocopying, shredding of papers and employees’ access cards. You will be in charge of maintaining common areas and office supplies while in the office. You will be assisting in mailing, couriers and managing phone calls. Other ad hoc duties will be assigned to you accordingly.
about the manager/team You will be working alongside an Office Manager.
skills and experience required You should come with at least 2 years of office administrative experience. You must be personable, bubbly and proactive. Having good time management and a sense of urgency is a must. You should have good communication skills to facilitate information flow. As you will be working and supporting a team, you should be a good teamplayer and yet, independent to complete assigned tasks.
