Job Qualifications:

  • Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level or ITE certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Possess at least 1-2 years’ administrative experiences
  • Team player with good discipline and work attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Responsible and committed
  • 5 days’ work week
  • Able to adapt & respond fast
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative supports to admin department & operation team.
  • Answer customer telephone inquiries, service needs and complaints and respond where applicable
  • Follow-up and coordination with general matters
  • Share customer feedback, and information to operations team to innovate and create positive long term relationship
  • Ensure a proper filing system is maintained
  • Any other administrative duties assigned
