RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform general administrative work
  • Organise and schedule meetings with vendors
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers
  • Perform secretarial support to manager
  • Attend to phone calls
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least “O” Level certificate
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision and within stipulated deadline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
