  • Verification of documents and data entry.
  • Provide clerical & administrative support to project team
  • Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
  • Responsible for proper filing, labelling, up-keep of share-drive filing on HR/Admin/IT documents and assets.
  • Any adhoc tasks assigned by HR Manager. 
Job Requirements:
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level/ ITE/Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexibility and fast-learner
  • Word processing skills
  • Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Must be able to commmit 6 months.
