Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for site office daily administrative works.
  • Set up filing system and keep all files and correspondences.
  • Request stationary and maintain of site office and equipments.
  • Check and Submit time card, home-leave form, MC etc. HR related documents.
  • Prepare OT tacking sheet and submit to HR.
  • Perform receipt entry for consumables and Suppliers Tax Invoice in Epicor system.
  • Send out/receive all documents.
  • Record Material In & Out in Epicor system and excel list.
  • Perform Transfer Order entry & Transfer Order Shipment Entry in Epicor System.
  • Prepare usage and storage of Chemical list and Diesel report for each site and submit to Store Dept.
  • Update e-leave system once receive leave form/MC from sites
  • Prepare KPI of manpower and tonnage for each project and submit to Snr PM for approval
  • Update man-hours tabulation and send to Safety department at HQ
Requirements:
  • Minimum an O level / N Level qualification
  • Working experience in the related field would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Other Information :
  • Office based at Tanah Merah Road
