Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in order processing and updating of orders for the SRX Dept.
  • Carry out admin and or data entry tasks as directed by Supervisor.
  • Assist in sorting of SRX forms according to different customer and to different labs.
  • Checks forms for missing information.
  • Assist the SRX Dept in coordinating eyewear deliveries, confirming arrivals at optical outlets, make customer appointments for dispensing.
  • Record keeping, filing and any other admin function as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant admin experience
  • Positive, able to handle customers query and resolve issues
  • Office: Pandan Crescent
