  • Handle admin duties and receptionist duties
  • Handle Full Set of Accounts
  • Quarterly GST Submission
  • Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Management Report
  • Liaise with External Tax Agents & Auditors
  • Prepare & coordinate budgets
  • Administrative Duties
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations & bank record
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Data entry
  • Computation of company payroll, GST and CPF submission
  • Annual filing of IR8A
  • Ad Hoc Admin Duties
Experience:
  • administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
