Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support
  • Prepare and review product/investment pitch decks, presentation materials for clients
  • Maintain proper filing and bookkeeping
  • Assist in clientele account administration
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (Able to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking clients.)
  • Experience/knowledge of banking processes and products is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task  and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
