Job Description:

  • Handle local courier services/ oversea courier service, and postage service (mailing and buying stamps)
  • Collecting and distributions of inter-company mails (letter)
  • Ordering of office stationeries, and pantry supplies
  • Answer all incoming calls and relaying specific enquiries to the respective personnel
  • Receiving parcels, documents, invoice from Courier, tally and attached supporting
  • Preparing staff uniforms & records accordingly
  • Manage office equipment and premises maintenance
  • Greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Obtain quotation enquiries for office/ Warehouse need (All vendor)
  • Checking monthly phone bills
  • Stamp voucher when marketing team request
  • Request & compare quotations from suppliers on the new purchase item
  • Candidate must possess at least “O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
  • 1 years of relevant experience as Admin
  • Able to commit 3 days/ week work schedule.
  • Able to work independently, meticulous, and resourceful.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short period of time
  • Singaporean Only
