Job Scope

·       Generate Sales Invoices and drafting of service agreements;

·       Follow up with clients’ payment;

·       Drafting of resolutions and legal documentaries;

·       Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;

·       Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients;

·       Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible;

·       Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.);

·       Managing databases and filing systems;

·       Assist the directors with communications, correspondences;

·       Act as the point of contact between Directors and internal/external parties;

·       Ad-hoc duties as assigned.


·       AWS;

·       Increment subject to bi-annual performance review;

·       Variable bonus subject to soft skills and performance;

·       Staggered reporting times at one-hour intervals (8am to 10am), with corresponding staggered timing for end of work (After end of three-months’ probation period.);

·       Work-life balance


·       Corporate Secretary or Accounting job experience/education background will be an advantage

·       Experience with invoicing and follow up with outstanding client invoices will be an advantage

·       Computer literacy: Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint

·       Willing to learn and have initiative and be proactive at work

·       Good communication skills for both oral and written in English

·       Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Able to multitask

·       Able to work independently and in a team
