Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support and arrange for meetings/appointments
  • Prepare presentation slides for meetings, organize and collate reports
  • Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant parties
  • Handle corporate administrative documents and ensure proper documentation and filing of all Contracts/Agreements
  • Ensure timely submission of claims and reimbursement
  • Handle POS system for business outlets – updating data for new menu and promotion launches and ensure smooth trial run prior to implementation
  • Conduct regular audits at outlets to ensure compliance with SFA and Halal certification criteria, requirements and regulations
  • Manage external inspections and liaise with regulatory authorities
  • Responsible for the application and renewal of SFA licensing and Halal certification
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain updated Halal certificates
  • Work closely with Functional departments (ie. Operations, Purchasing, HR, etc) to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarity with food regulatory / hygiene requirements and MUIS regulations is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work with staff across all levels
