Responsibilities include:

  • In-charge of the overall of daily administrative tasks
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Data Entry
  • Support basic accounting functions, i.e. Invoices, AP/AR, Cheques, etc.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Equipped with basic accounting skills is a plus!
