Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Able to coordinate/guide/perform work arrangement
  • Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
  • Support in administrative works.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, alert and responsive to Whatsapps/email. -Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload – Adhoc tasks assigned.
Job requirements:
  • High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Posses driving licence will be an advantage.
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications -Exemplary planning and time management skills
