RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for assisting the Exhibitors and Sponsorships team in the Events Group with various events (in-person, virtual and hybrid). This includes:

  • Administration, coordination and providing support to potential and confirmed exhibitors / sponsors;
  • Preparing presentation slides/event deck/eDM/acquisition related tasks;
  • Identifying and supporting the Sales team in the development of new and existing client engagement opportunities;
  • Supporting the Sales team in managing and handling various aspects of client relationship from acquisition to on-boarding, to ensure their successful participation at our events;
  • Providing assistance on any ad-hoc duties required by the Events team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education level: O-level, Diploma, or Degree holders in any discipline are welcome to apply.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in an admin / support role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The candidate should be a team player, have good communication skills (written and spoken), be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be meticulous and organised in your work.
