We are a Life Insurance Agency that is currently looking for a Full Time Junior Secretary/Admin Executive to provide admin/secretarial support for the Agency.
Job Description:
  • Manages basic, day to day office administration support
  • Facilitation and preparation of meetings and minutes
  • Maintains all records and correspondence in a well-organized manner.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all work matters
  • Able to perform other ad-hoc office support within the agency
Job Requirements:
  • No relevant experience required, training will be provided
  • Good GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Has strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
Full time position with a 5 day work week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
Office Location: Central – Alexandra
