Their Popiah was very popular and it became their signature dish and regularly received positive reviews from the media.1996
After a brief hiatus when Funan Centre underwent major renovations, the Lim family re-opened Hock Heng at Xi-An Food Street located within Shaw Leisure Gallery.
Their passion for local cuisine attracted many patrons and business was gratifyingly brisk.

Armed with the family's vision to become the market leader in serving authentic local cuisine, Hock Heng was renamed Qiji.
Today, Qiji has expanded into a chain of outlets as well as a dedicated Catering Service.
