Job Description:
  • Support and prepare quotation for Sales and Service.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Prepare ISO customer survey.
  • Provide administrative support to the office such as filing, generating customers contact list,  setting up for meetings, printing of name cards and reordering supplies.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Update staff annual leave to payroll system.
  • Organize monthly reports for timely submission, as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, where necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English (in order to answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls from Mandarin and English speaking clients.)
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Independent and willing to learn.
  • Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
