Job Description:

  • To handle daily tracking of refund inquiries via email
  • Constantly follow up with respective Business Units on refund status
  • Ensure that closure of cases is within timeline
  • Day-to-day reporting of the status of cases
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience. 
  • Possess good data analytic skill
  • Proficient in MS Words and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
