Description
  • Appoint and coordinate with appointed valuers on valuation of Group-owned properties in Singapore and overseas.
  • Prepare and process payment of property tax and submit property tax objections and appeals to IRAS.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as lawyers and agents on sales completion matters.
  • Assist to prepare budget and management reports including sale completion reports.
  • Provide administration support to the Investment Sales team.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in real estate, investment sales, valuation or any other relevant field will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
