Responsibilities:
Assist to:
  • improve the quality and efficiency of business process, marketing, administration, data and contents management, system applications and implementation
  • prepare marketing templates / purchase request / quotation / agreement / correspondence / other business documents
  • prepare, process, verify backcharges / invoices / data and contents
  • analyse costs, summarize data, and follow-up schedules in the business process, as assigned
  • prepare business forms and templates to be used for data processing in the business operations, marketing, system applications and implementation
  • ensure any approvals and information forms are prepared, processed, and filed properly
  • monitor and analyse the functionality of the business process, marketing, administration, data and contents management, system implementation, including training co-workers in-charge, as and when necessary
  • enhance good customers experience and ensure all enquiries / complaints / issues are attended promptly
  • keep a good filing system, prepare admail and web contents, as and when necessary
  • do email signature setting, email setting
  • provide supports to ensure that standard operating procedures are in place
  • liaise with external and (other) internal departments on any matters related with business process, administration, data management, system and applications, as and when necessary
  • compile / input data and any other required materials to administer the business process and to ensure the accuracy of database input either manually or into the system (if any)
  • prepare reports as and when assigned
  • Adopt knowledge to put in place a process of continuous professional development
  • Review and propose correction processes as and when necessary
  • Maintain harmonious relation with other division / department, vendors, etc.
  • Be self-motivated to enhance productivity
  • other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Admin or equivalent
  • Experience: minimum 3-5 years
  • Fast, efficient, organized, dynamic, self-disciplined, hardworking, meticulous, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Have high integrity and attention-to-details with accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office and computing
