Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative work.
  • Clients and Instructors data collection.
  • Managing relationship with instructors and clients.
  • Managing community via social platform like wechat, wharsapp, etc.
  • Updating application’s backend system.
  • Sale on class package
  • OT is required. Be standby for urgent meeting and arrangement during off-day and weekend.
  • At least 2-year experience in related field.
  • Has fashion sense and be sensible on fashion/dance market trend.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Words.
  • Chinese speaking is preferred. Fluent English is required. (in order to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking clients)
