Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Handles telephone and walk-in enquiries from general public and parents.
  2. Maintenance of classroom keys, student attendance register, class list, school activities record, etc.
  3. Take charge of general repair of office equipment, general supplies and materials, stationery for teachers and students, food for daily recess, etc.
  4. General data update, collating and compiling of document, information, filing, faxing, photocopying, laminate document, transport order for school activities, distribution of incoming mails, and all other clerical duties.
  5. Assist Accounting Department in collating of supplier invoices and staff claims for payment, asset check and general accounting roles.
  6. Assist Human Resource Department in staff movement record, course and leave application and general human resource management duties.
Requirements
  1. GCE “A”, Diploma in Business Practice/Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office Words and Excel is compulsory.
  3. At least 1 year working experience in school environment is preferred.
  4. Diligent with good communication and interpersonal skills.
