Our client is a medical concerige firm offering direct admission to medical facilities in both emergency and non-emergency cases.
Liaise with key departments and provide administrative support
Organize and systemize paper flows
Issue invoice with the help of invoicing software
Replenish office stationeries
Provide basic customer service to walk-in visitors
Min Diploma in Business/Accountancy or related field
Basic accounting knowledge
Prior experience in similar role will be considered
Located near Lavender MRT
5 day work week
