Job Description:

Job scope: 

  • Assist the Manager in managing some of human resource functions;
  • Familiar with work passes requirement for construction industry base on MOM Law, manage appointments worker for renewal check-up and/or swab test requirement by current government rule, Maintain and update worker master file accurately with timely basis.
  • To perform & liaise with necessary stake holders for renewal of BCA Licenses, ISO Cert, SCI Cert and all the required necessary licenses for company
  • Preparation of monthly Worker payroll base on the site time card returned back to HQ.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as front desk duty, coordinating with Site for Site Manager/Supervisor or worker requirement

·      Process site Purchase order base on the Material request form from site Supervisor/Manager. Liaise with Project Manager, Production & Site team for material order and delivery, Make summary of order for monthly closing and Cost Control

  • Issue Purchase order, Check Delivery Order. Monitor and purchase of HQ office supplies & Stationery.
  • Any other ad-hoc work Assigned by Superior/Management


  • Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in construction industrial preferable.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Job requires well organized administrative skills, detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work, strong people management and negotiation
  • Self-starter, go getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and prompt in providing accurate data information
  • Positive mindsets and Motivation to work with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
  • PC literacy required (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start work immediately (preferably)
