Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate in-house training and tracking of training records
  • Manage staff leave, medical and exit clearance matters
  • Development, implementation and revamping of company intranet
  • Preparation of tender submissions
  • Involving in business development activities including leads generating, market research, presentation and marketing
  • Project creation and maintenance using SAP system
  • To assist in implementing digitalization initiative within the organization
  • To perform the role of Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • At least 2 years of experience in an executive or administrator role. Prior experience in construction industry is advantageous.
  • Team player, with positive mindset and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently, with limited supervision
  • Full-Time Contract position available.
