Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate in-house training and tracking of training records
- Manage staff leave, medical and exit clearance matters
- Development, implementation and revamping of company intranet
- Preparation of tender submissions
- Involving in business development activities including leads generating, market research, presentation and marketing
- Project creation and maintenance using SAP system
- To assist in implementing digitalization initiative within the organization
- To perform the role of Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
- Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of experience in an executive or administrator role. Prior experience in construction industry is advantageous.
- Team player, with positive mindset and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently, with limited supervision
- Full-Time Contract position available.
