Job Description

Job Description:

  • Attend to all in-coming calls on sales enquiries and repair calls
  • Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
  • Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
  • Process sales orders, schedule onsite installations, implementation and training schedule for customers
  • Assist and coordinate scheduling of repair calls for technical engineers and IT staff
  • To work closely with Sales and Technical team
  • Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors
  • Candidate should possess ‘N’/’O’ level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ of working experience in general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination/customer service related work.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, internet savvy.
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
  • Able to manage stress and work independently.
  • Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.
  • Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Singaporeans only.
    • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am-6pm / 1st Saturday of the month 9am-1pm
