Reporting to the Manager, you will work support the Stakeholders Management Department. This includes but not limited to liaising with donors, preparing reports, ensuring data integrity and entering data.
• Assist in administrative duties within the Stakeholders Management team
• Send monthly receipts to recurring donors
• Follow up on failed credit card transaction via calls and email
• Performing donation data entry onto our internal CRM system
• Assist in preparing letters, forms and other correspondence as required
• Send emails or conduct telephone correspondence with donors
• Ensure data integrity before donors’ information is input into SCS IT system
• Double check donor’s termination
• Donation reconciliation
• Assist in generating monthly management reports
• Assist in fundraising campaigns e.g social media, EDMs, database management
• Assist in donor queries and follow up
You will be required to work on weekdays for 2 months (Nov – Dec 2020).
