This position will support the rollout of Azelis Asia Pacific customer portal by working closely with the Digital/Marketing teams and other stakeholders to populate our digital platform.
Ensure data accuracy and portal attractiveness through rigorous information update and comprehensive marketing actions;
Customer Portal implementation; data implementation by market segment within the region:
Coordinate the migration of the products and formulation datasheets with the Sales teams within the region;
Organize and follow through yearly calendar targets and ensure content pipeline are reached within timely implementation;
Ensure continuous and ongoing growth, including review and maintenance of content through the different content sections of the Customer Portal:
Maintain the digital content relative to product changes or discontinuations
Create compelling, inspirational Social Medial (Customer Portal, e-mailing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) content in line with the marketing plan to increase customer awareness, interest and generate actionable leads, including but not limited to:
Product promotional campaigns in line with the market trends;
Market trends blogs that connect the customers to innovation or problem-solving opportunities;
Oversee the synergistic and consistent digital promotion of products through the different content sections of the Customer Portals across markets and regions;
Deliver SEO analysis after each campaign to the sales team within the region;
Continually read about the industries’ latest news to build an expertise.
Enforce Azelis branding guidelines across product categories for brand cohesiveness and consistency.
Skills & Competencies
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive/Entry Level specialized in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent writing abilities.
Able to liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
Excellent time management skills in order to follow different assigned targets.
Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Sense of ownership, initiative and drive (problem solver, self-starter and forward thinker with a bias for prompt action and removing roadblocks, accountable to get things done in a timely manner).
