Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review architectural plans and take off quantities from plans
  • Site Recce and carry out on-site measurements
  • Handling Tenders and Costing
  • Check claims for payments, inventory needs, and materials
  • Attend to site meetings and prepare notes of meetings
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Diploma in building construction management,  quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field.
  • Experience in general material estimating experience, costing experience, in construction or related field
  • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
