Assistant Executive Account Receivable Sundry Billing (2 Years Contract)

Job Description:

The incumbent shall be part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS) team (Sundry billings) responsible for the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process non-patient related billings (including e-bill in eGOV portal timely and accurately)
  • Accrue for billing requests received but not billed within the month of closing
  • Send monthly statement of accounts, issue reminder letters and follow-up on outstanding debts
  • Prepare quarterly confirmations for inter-company balances
  • Clear AR open items when necessary promptly
  • Prepare monthly/yearly schedules
  • Adhere to 1FSS processes and controls
  • Liaise with various departments in the collection of information and documents 
  • Prepare monthly report to update management on the status of outstanding receivables
  • Investigate and resolve customer and requestor’s queries
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • At least a diploma holder
  • Good communication skills, ability to communicate with various departments and levels
  • Able to take pressure and work within tight deadlines
  • Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people
  • Have a good command of the English language
  • Meticulous and with positive attitude
