  • Follow up with corporate/self-paying customers on their outstanding bills
  • Attend to payment queries and coordinate with relevant parties to close cases
  • successfully
  • Sending of monthly Statement to Corporate Accounts/Insurance Companies
  • Liaise with Law firms for legal cases/collection agencies for long nonpayment cases
  • Preparation of Collection agencies outsource files and commission reports
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma level
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in AR management, Collections, Credit Control or
  • Finance Shared Services
  • Healthcare background would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications (Vlookup/Pivot table)
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounting system
  • Possesses good communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Outgoing personality and a Team player
  • Patient and Meticulous
