Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service
Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, and restaurant policies.
Estimate food and beverage costs. Work with the outlet Chef for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.
Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and restaurant assets.
Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
Conduct orientation, induction and oversee the training of new employees.
Priorities tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
Seeks, listens and responds to guest feedback.
Coaches team on how to exceed guest expectations.
Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software, inventory software
Assist in planning and executing private events.
Salary for full time ($2.8K to $3.2K) – Depends on working experience
6 work week with rotating shift, able to commit on Saturday
Able to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers
With F&B experience and japanese language will be an advantage
