Manage financial performance and reporting of existing land and property development projects (KPI budget/ forecast tracking, cash flow management, financial/ group reporting, forex exposures etc) through the review of full sets of accounts, reports and budget prepared by local Finance team
Responsible to perform financial modelling and analysis to determine feasibility of new land and property development projects
Carry out post investment evaluation of existing projects on a periodic basis, and track development of key assumptions and risk issues during investment and highlight impact on project returns
Maintain the investment holding companies’ accounts for the existing overseas investments
Build and maintain strong working relationship with internal stakeholders such as local Finance team, Project Heads, CFOs as well as external auditors
Lead and provide guidance/share best practices with local and HQ finance team as and when needed
Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Finance or its equivalent
Minimally 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry
Ability to handle financial models and manage consolidation of accounts is compulsory
Strong analytical skills with an eye for details, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to be hands-on and able to work independently and in team setting to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Excel and experience in SAP and Cognos will be advantageous
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
