Job Description

Job Description:

The main responsibilities include: –
  • Performing calibration works according to protocols
  • Preparing reports and maintain documentation
  • Serving as customer interface for all service matters, which includes coordinating any service sub-contractor activity that may be assigned
  • Repairing / troubleshooting / commissioning / installation for various machine
  • Conducting on site installation and commissioning
  • Providing after sales technical field service of equipment
  • Performing troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing
  • Providing equipment operation training to customer               
  • Conducting technical training on operation, set-up and maintenance of equipment at on site
  • Understanding workflow and procedure on spare part management, ensuring instruments are well maintained and calibration up to date
  • Prepariing quotation and co-ordinate sales and service activities
  • Coordinating equipment schedule to minimise system downtime
  • Logistics portion (packing, arranging shipment, etc)
  • Preparing documentation for office
The requirements include: –
  • Diploma in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience in installing and commissioning of medical/electronics equipments
  • Possess strong skills in electronics/electrical equipment trouble shooting
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision and a team player
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and IT skills
  • Occasional travelling
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
