Job Description:

  • Monthly billing for multiple partners
  • Take instructions to raise billing guides, write-off time and disbursements and to close files and ensure instructions are carried out effectively
  • Provide assistance to partners on general matter management issues including billing queries, procedures, GST issues
  • Closing files and processing write-offs
  • Ensure bills are sent out and filed promptly
  • Uploading of invoices to e-billing hubs
  • Raising draft bills and finalising bills
  • Raising Apportioned Billing schedules and ad hoc billing schedules in Excel
  • Ensuring that the agreed service levels are met
  • Preparing GST returns on a quarterly basis
  • Preparing weekly bank reconciliations
  • Posting of Client & Office receipts on a timely manner
  • Minimum diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of Elite / 3E is an advantage
  • Willing to work on a 12-month contract role.
  • Billing experience with professional services industry (accounting firms, consulting firms etc) required
